In 2004, GD Hygiene was established.

This is a young and energetic company with a rich history, and it was destined to be different from the beginning. Justin Li, the founder of this company, is a young man who has just graduated from college and is determined to achieve a big career. Taking over the factory that had been run by his father for many years, its story began under the leadership of this young man.

—— Rapid development

2009

Since 2009, the company has entered a stage of rapid development. In 2010,Our factory realizes full-process semi-automated production, improving the stability of product quality while doubling production capacity.

Just two years later, in 2012, we took an important step towards fully automated production. This change increased our production capacity by 3 times while reducing our employees by 80%, greatly improving our production efficiency and allowing us to accept more orders.

In 2015, we saw the opportunities in overseas markets and established the foreign trade business department. In May of the same year, we welcomed our first foreign customer, which not only enhanced our confidence, but also paved the way for our future development.

In 2018, our technology was upgraded again. The factory introduced an intelligent online visual inspection system, which reduced the defective rate from 1% to 0.01%. This innovation has brought our product quality to a higher level, won praise from customers, and more and more customers are coming here.

In 2020, our factory underwent technological upgrade again and introduced automatic packaging equipment, which greatly reduced production costs and brought real benefits to customers.

From semi-automation to full automation, from opening up the domestic market to expanding overseas markets, we have always maintained the pace of progress, continued to innovate, improve technology, and are committed to using technology and innovation to promote production efficiency, improve product quality, and meet customer needs.

Turning Variant

In the past few years, we have been focusing on serving the B2B market and providing high-quality products to large-scale enterprises. After years of accumulation and in order to better embrace market changes and meet the needs of end customers, we have truly implemented the purpose of putting customers first. Therefore, we decided to expand our business market to the small batch customer market.
